Vivienne Bintoh believes homeownership is a birthright—not a privilege. That belief is at the heart of how she approaches real estate.

A licensed Illinois real estate broker (IL Lic. #475.216873) serving Lake County and the greater Chicagoland area, Viv brings a distinctive perspective to every client relationship. Her background in financial risk management and investment compliance gives her a disciplined, strategic approach to real estate, while her own relocation journey gives her something equally valuable: firsthand understanding of what it means to build a new life in a new community.

Fourteen years ago, Viv moved from the UK to Vernon Hills with her family and chose the area as the place where she wanted to raise her two boys, who attended Districts 73 and 128. When relocation clients ask what it really feels like to start over somewhere unfamiliar, Viv doesn't have to imagine the experience—she has lived it.

For first-time buyers, she turns an often-overwhelming process into a clear, manageable plan. For move-up families, she looks beyond the property itself, helping clients weigh price, schools, neighborhoods, lifestyle, and long-term value. For corporate relocations, she brings precision, organization, and a strong focus on protecting her clients' investment.

Viv also has a genuine passion for luxury living, interior design, and home staging. She sees a property as more than a transaction; she sees it as a reflection of how people want to live. Her refined eye for presentation, functionality, and detail is especially valuable to clients who care about how a home looks, feels, and performs.

Viv serves Vernon Hills, Libertyville, Gurnee, Grayslake, Lincolnshire, Lake Forest, Wadsworth, surrounding Lake County communities, and the greater Chicago area. For clients moving beyond Illinois, she remains a trusted point of contact, helping coordinate the transition through a network of real estate professionals across state lines and internationally.

If you've ever felt like the real estate process wasn't designed with your needs in mind, Viv built her practice with you in mind.
